Mother-daughter flat feud reaches courtAn elderly mother has taken her daughter to court, in an effort to uproot her from a £1m Kensington flat. Caroline Hermsen says her divorcee mother, Ann Hermsen-Wilkinson, gave the property to her almost 20 years ago. But Ms Hermsen-Wilkinson, who wants her daughter out so she can live there herself, insists it has always been hers. The row is said to have escalated after Ms Hermsen was accused of stealing her mother’s pet dog in the 1980s.
