When disputing a transaction you have entered into, try to make a note of the following:
* Actual words used that made you enter into the contract in the first place and write them down, verbatim if possible
* The name of the person you spoke to when making the contract
* The date and time of the conversation
* The details of all subsequent people you spoke to about the complaint itself
If you dispute a transaction, it is essential that you act quickly since some claims have very short time limits.
