Airlines prepare for compensation claimsHundreds of thousands of plane passengers could be in line for compensation delays, following a ruling at the European Court of Justice. The court ruled that a technical problem does not qualify as an extraordinary circumstance for which airlines can withhold a payout. Travellers will be able to claim up to £437 each following the decision.
