Wolfgang Schäuble offers Boris Johnson lesson on EU law  German finance minister Wolfgang Schäuble has offered to send Boris Johnson a copy of the Lisbon treaty after the foreign secretary denied there was a link between British market access and acceptance of the EU principle of free movement of labour.
