Gove moves forward with problem-solving courtsMichael Gove is in talks with the judiciary over the setting up of specialist courts that would seek to address domestic abuse, drugs and alcohol misuse and help with rehabilitation. Mr Gove is optimistic that the judiciary will favour the move and told the Times that judges were “very supportive” when he raised the idea after a trip to the United States.
